Future Energy Holdings/TXU/Oncor is in very serious financial trouble after the biggest private equity buy out in history. They were betting on rising gas prices and do not have the resources to ride out this bad economy. Now we are having to pay for this bad investment with with terrible service and constant blackouts. They are NOT investing in the infastructure because they are trying to protect in their bottom line. It is only going to get worse. I predict third world conditions soon.
